Lash lifts last its effects for 4 to 6 weeks, based on how quickly your natural lashes form, fallout, and so on. On the other end, eyelash extensions last for up to 3 to 4 weeks without any aftercare, moreover if taken proper care & maintenance, they can stay longer. Eyelash extensions involve more care and attention as compared to lash lifts. A professional nurse practitioner at the salon recommends re-lash or maintenance after every 2 to 4 weeks.

2. Maintenance:

After the lash lift procedure, you must avoid touching or applying mascara for a few days. The treatment requires a 24 to 48 hour setup time. Then, you can apply mascara as usual. Due to the obvious extra length, density, and fullness of lash extensions, there is no need to wear mascara! The lash lift is the best option! Whereas, the lash extensions on either side are a superb alternative for long-lasting eyelashes with minimum maintenance.
