Microblading After Care Tips

Traditionally Micro-blading is a tattoo technique used to fill in small details and minute designs to enhance the intensity of the art. But, as a new-age trend, microblading treatment is used to beautify and refining eyebrows. Microblading eyebrows result in mesmerizing yet realistic eyes. It defines eyebrows and justifies thickness and is performed through a microblading eyebrow pen, applied in strokes.

Microblading is more long lasting and hassle-free than main-stream eyebrow make-up and cosmetics. It lasts for about a stretch of three years. Microblading leaves eyebrows denser, fuller, and glorious without any compromise to them looking life-like.

Microblading is a function involving eyebrows, which are a delicate part of the face near the eye. So, proper and considerate tender aftercare should be ensured to avoid harm, infection and irritation.

1. The eyebrows or the micro-bladed part should be kept as dry as possible to prevent disruption of pattern.
2. During a shower avoid wetting the face or rather the treated portion i.e. the micro-bladed area.
3. Contact with any sort of moisture-laden substances, semi-fluids, and sweat should be prevented.
4. Friction such as Itching, Rubbing, Scratching to the eye is a complete no-no, it may increase chances of redness and irritation.
5. Negligible or minimal and preferably no make-up should be used on micro-bladed eyebrows.
6. Regular or guided application of prescribed or suggested healing gel or medicated cream by the artist is a must.
7. Ensure negligible or minimal exposure to sunlight, winds and atmospheric polluting agents. Wearing sunglasses when outdoors is advisable.
8. Please consult a physician in case of fever, redness, swelling, oozing of green or yellow foul discharge.

After healing ensure application of sunscreen with SPF30-50 for minimal exposure to sun rays as it may distort or fade the microblading and reduce intensity. Proper maintenance will keep the micro-blading intact and the eyebrows age-less and seemingly beautiful.
